Want Limo Rental Agreement and Cancellation Policy

Deposits

All deposits are non‐refundable. Deposit will be charged at the time of reservation. Deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation at any time.

Cancellations

Any cancellation at any time is subject to the deposit (down payment) for services.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations made within a week (7 days) of pickup date will be subjected to 50% of contract. Cancellations made within (72 hrs.) of pickup date will be subject to 100% of contract. No exceptions.

Balances Due

Balances to be paid 24 – 48 hours prior to reservations when paying with a credit card. Cash balances are due to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express (subject to a 3% charge) and Cash. We do not accept checks or money orders.

Liability

Renter warrants and represents that he or she is at least 21 years of age. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.

Damages and Fees

Smoking and/or drug use is not permitted in any of our limousines. A minimum fee of $250 for each damage occurrence, not limited to sanitation, vomit, carpet or seat burn, gum. A fee of $100 shall be assessed for excessive clean‐up. Any downtime due to damage, repairs or cleaning shall be at an additional cost, determined by us. Renter is responsible for all passengers. Any fines will be paid for by the client including parking and tolls. It is illegal to stand through the sunroof.

Food and Drinks

Food of any kind is prohibited in the vehicles. A fee of $100 will be charged for any food found or brought into the vehicles. Passengers needing an exception for medical reasons may leave items with the driver to be consumed when needed. Non-alcoholic beverages are permitted in the vehicles.

Coolers

Hard plastic coolers are permitted in the vehicle. The driver has the right to check all coolers for contents.

Alcohol and Illegal Substances

Alcohol consumption by minors (under 21) and drug use by anyone is prohibited by law and not permitted.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted unless all parties are over the age of 21 (driver has the right to ask for identification from all passengers) or there is a person 25 or older on board that can sign a LESLIE BILL and takes full legal and physical responsibilities for underage passengers. The adult must stay with passengers at all times if alcohol is in a cooler.

Substance Restrictions

Drug use is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted in any of our vehicles.

Minors

All passengers must be 18 or older unless an adult 25 or older has filled out a LESLIE BILL and approves full itinerary at pickup. Minors will not be driven to any location not approved by the adult signing the LESLIE BILL. Underage drinking will not be tolerated and is illegal in the state of California. Any minors appearing to be intoxicated or found with alcohol will be returned to the original pickup location or site agreed upon by the driver and parent. No monies will be refunded for the reservation. The driver has the right to call the authorities in cases of underage drinking. Rescheduling will not apply to any reservations terminated due to underage drinking or drug use. The driver has the right to terminate the run without needing to speak to a dispatch member or manager at Want Limo. We take underage drinking very seriously and have a ZERO TOLERANCE rule.

Overtime and Additional Stops

Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time on the run sheet. Any stops outside of the original agreed-upon itinerary will incur additional fees of up to $20 per stop.

Delays and Reschedules

Not responsible for delays or termination by unsafe road conditions. Jobs ending before the contracted time will not be prorated. Reschedules will only be permitted in the event of a mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. In the event of a breakdown, our policy is to send any of our available vehicles in place of the original reserved vehicle when available.

Vehicle Capacity

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond capacity.

Refunds

There are no refunds provided unless otherwise stated above.

Driver

The driver has no authority to renegotiate this contract.

Agreement

By paying your deposit/down payment you are agreeing to the rental agreement and cancellation policy in full. Any requests for changes in contract will need to be submitted via email and accepted in writing by a manager at Want Limo.
